Dayna Waitley Arnold

Dayna Waitley Arnold is responsible for the financial stability and sustainability of The Waitley Institute, as well as creating timeless education programs for personal and professional growth. She is the author of “The Winning Formula: Lessons to Believe and Achieve” and co-author of “the Psychology of Winning for Women.”

In addition to her role as Secretary/Treasurer of the corporation, she is Executive Director of the institute’s Christian Fellowship Outreach (CFO) programs serving families, companies, associations and philanthropic organizations. She is a Certified Biblical Counselor (ACBC) and a member of the International Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC).

She and her husband, Thomas Arnold, divide their time between San Diego and Orange County, where he is the inaugural Business School Dean at Vanguard University, one of the oldest Christian universities in Southern California. They serve as pre-marital and marriage counselors at their church.
